Achieve a healthy mind and body with the comprehensive yoga classes at The Neighborhood Yoga. We are a unique studio in Thousand Oaks, CA. The maximum size of our class is nine students. Traditionally, yoga practice was taught on a one-to-one basis: teacher to student. This allowed the student to progress at their own pace and level. Our studio provides the opportunity to carry on with this tradition.
Practicing in a small group setting allows the teacher to give each student personal instructions. This is important since we are all different. Our strength and flexibility levels are different, even our bones are shaped differently. There may be poses your body simply cannot do.
Practicing in a smaller class presents an opportunity to learn from each other and grow together. The Neighborhood Yoga is designed to assist each student so that they can cultivate flexibility and strength in their body, peace in their mind, and joy in their heart.
